What buyers ask about this product
Thickness is the specification
Almost every poop bag looks identical and behaves very differently. Film thickness in microns is the single most important line in the quotation, and it is the one most often missing.
Perforation that actually dispenses
A perforation that tears in one direction turns a dispenser into a jam. We sample-approve the perforation before the print run.
Trade or retail, your call
Loose rolls for the trade channel, printed box dispensers for retail. The retail format costs more in packaging and labour and sells at a higher price point.
Consistent carton configuration
Rolls per carton and cartons per case are specified in advance, so your distribution centre receives a predictable case.
Private label on the box
Your artwork, your barcode, your language. We quote the print setup as a separate line so you can see the fixed cost separately from the unit cost.
Documents and compliance
Every shipment leaves with a document pack prepared for your market. The following are available for this product, and we confirm which are required before production rather than after the container has sailed.
- Film specification with the micron rating stated
- REACH SVHC screening report for the film
- Third-party laboratory test report on request
- Artwork proof with barcode position and language content marked
- Packing list and bill of lading per shipment
Frequently asked
What thickness should I specify?
12–15 µm is the European market standard. Below 12 µm you will generate tearing complaints that cost more than the unit price saved.
What is the MOQ?
One 20ft container. If you want to test a retail boxed format alongside a trade roll format, mixed on one container is routine.
Can I have my own print on the box?
Yes. We quote the setup separately so you can see the fixed cost amortised across the run.
How many cartons fit in a container?
Approximately 1,900, depending on the roll size and how the cartons are stacked. We confirm the loaded count against your specified pallet plan.
